Recommendation To Parents



  Parents retain their rights and duties in the education of their children, even though they dedicate the main part of the school. The support and collaboration of parents are in all cases considered indispensable for the success of the work of education carried out by the school.

  Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities:

  • a)    by urging their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance
  • b)    by checking the School diary on a regular basis.
  • c)    by seeing that their wards are diligent at their home work and lessons.
  • d)    by not engaging private tutors without consulting the school authorities.
  • e)    by insisting on neatness and cleanliness in their text books, exercise-books and personal appearance.
  • f)    by occasionally meeting the Principal/Vice Principal/Teachers to discuss the progress of their wards.


  Periodical reports, and the Report Card, will parents/guardians informed of the progress of their wards. These reports are to be signed and returned on time, as stated in the School Calendar. Delays may result in the students being sent back home.

  Parents will not allowed to meet the Principal during the examination on any particular day.

  In general communication with parents / guardians are made through the School Calendar. On the first day of every month, the School Calendar for the previous month should be checked by the Parents and signed with the word "CHECKED"

  Parents / Guardians are not allowed to see their wards or to meet teachers during class hours without the special permission from the Principal.

  Parents can meet Senior Section teacher on II & IV week Fridays of each month at 1:40 p.m. K.G. Section teachers on II & IV week Friday of each month at 12:00 Noon.

  Admittance into the school premises is at the sole discretions of the school authorities, who reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason whatsoever.

  The school premises is a non smoking area on working days as well as on holidays.

   All communications to the School should be addressed to the Principal.

  Pupils who are absent on the first day of any term or who are away from school for ten consecutive days without permission may have their names removed from the register and may be re-admitted if there is a vacancy and on payment of the usual entrances fees.
